Jacobs Well Water Deliveries is run by Grant Pender out of Jacobs Well, on the northern end of the Gold Coast. You'll know the truck when you see it: the bright yellow tanker with “Drinking Water Only” on the door. (The door also reads Dougs Water Truck. Same business, same water.)
We service the northern Gold Coast and surrounds, all areas of the Gold Coast and Brisbane, and right across South-East Queensland. Every drop we deliver is potable drinking water, sourced from trusted local council reservoirs.

How pricing works
No mystery rates. Pricing varies by two things: how far we travel, and how far your tank is from where the truck can park. That's it.
- Every job is billed as a full truck. Half loads are possible, but billed at the full-truck rate.
- No minimum volume. If you need it, we'll bring it.
- Long reach costs a little more. We carry up to 60 metres of hose; extra hose length adds cost.
- We fill tanks, not empty them. The trucks pump water in, not out.

Is the water safe to drink?
Yes. We deliver potable drinking water sourced from trusted local council reservoirs, and our trucks are marked “Drinking Water Only”. The tanks carry nothing else.
How much water does one truck bring?
12,000 litres per load. We have two trucks on the road, so larger tanks can be filled with multiple loads.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum volume, but every job is billed as a full truck. Half loads are possible if that’s all you need; they’re still billed at the full-truck rate.
How is the price worked out?
Pricing varies by travel distance and by how far your tank is from the truck’s access point. Hoses up to 60 metres are available, with longer hose runs adding to the cost. Call for a quote for your job.
My tank is a long way from the driveway. Can you reach it?
Usually, yes. We carry up to 60 metres of hose. Clear access to the tank helps a lot, and a cam-lock fitting on your infeed that matches the truck’s makes hookup quick.
Can you pump water out of my tank?
No. Our trucks fill tanks; they can’t pump water out of them.
Do you service construction and civil sites?
Yes. We do commercial and civil water supply on contract or short-term, including road spraying, dust control, and filling large commercial tanks, including fire sprinkler system tanks.
